Just a follow-on note about IBM redbooks...
Please be sure to fill in the online evaluation form for any redbooks
you acquire from www.redbooks.ibm.com.  As one publication project leader
told me, this is a way to assure that the production of these valuable
publications grows, and is a way to thank the authors in a way that is
visible to management (particularly appropriate in how so many authors
put such exceptional effort into acquiring often elusive info and
getting that to all of us).
