If your max reduction is > the size of one of your db vols, you can delete it
and adsm will migrate data from it to the remaining vols. See pages 359ff in
the admin guide.
By creating/deleting db vols of the appropriate sizes, you can adjust to your
tastes/requirements.
If this is off-base, ignore it.
