Jim,

From what I hear from my contacts within IBM, the Notes agent for OS/390
won't be released until all three of the R5 Notes agents ship.  I've heard
sometime this summer, but nothing is concrete at this time.

Hope this helps, sorry I don't have more on the timeframe.
