Incorrect Objects failed counter?

I just noticed a strange situation. In the log output below it shows 4 files
that could not be backed up, but notice that ADSM reports that 5 objects
failed. This appears to happen on my other nodes also. So, does ADSM not know
how to count or is it not reporting one of the files it could not back up? Has
anybody else noticed this discrepancy?

The ADSM server configuration is:
   RS/6000 F50
   AIX 4.2.1
   ADSM Server Version 3, Release 1, Level 2.1
   IBM 3570-B02 tape drives
