The fact that the actlog below does not prompt for the tape to be inserted
leads me to beleive that the box does not have an I/O port.  The I/O port
would be a slot on the exterior thru which one can insert/remove tapes
without interrupting the Library.  The device driver would know about it
if the library is a supported device.

Here is what my checkin's look like for my 3575-L12:
