QUERY LIBVOL lists volumes loaded into the library, while QUERY VOLUME lists
volumes defined to ADSM storage pools. In "Q LIBV" you may have scratch,
stgpool and database backup volumes, and in "Q VOL" you only have stgpool
volumes. On the other hand, if you checkout a stgpool volume out of your
library it will no longer appear with "Q LIBV" but will be listed with "Q
VOL".
