Yes, and I believe there are two workarounds for these. One is to remove
the dsmstat program, and the other is toincrease the value of NFSTIMEout
in, I think, dsm.opt (NFSTimeout nnn ; where nnn=number of seconds).
I do not think the NFStimeout option is documented, so perhaps someone
from IBM can verify this?
