Can ayone help me.

I am running ADSM Version 2.1.5.18 (Just Upgraded to this version)

I am getting the following error message when I try to fire up dsmadm :

WMSERR_LOAD_PDL_FILE on file open, WMSERR_LOAD_PDL_FILE = 2
Could not display severe error message box rc=800.
Severe error in ADSM graphical user interface.


Also, when I try to fire up dsm as a user on the same system I get the
following error message :

ANS3001S This program is not installed correctly.  Place the application
default
s file (DSMX) into the application default
  directory, usually (/usr/lpp/adsm/bin), or set the
  XAPPLRESDIR environment variable to the directory containing
  the DSMX defaults file.


I have checked the /usr/lpp/adsm/bin directory and the file is there
with the correct permissions on it.

however, if I fire up dsm as the same user on a client workstation it
works fine.


Can anyone shed light on this for me please.
