From time to time, we got an error in /var/adm/messages:

Apr 23 18:30:34 wlb04203 lmcpd[24058]: ERROR on 3494prz_s70, ERA 74

which is repeated in errpt -a with a SYSLOG label and no further
explanation.

After that we got various tape_err2 entries in errpt and the adsm
processing gets ANR8311e with errno=5 and fails.

We have 4 aix machines with adsm on that libr, all same versions,
drivers etc, but there is only one with those prblm, and on all of its
drives.

Any Ideas?
