I do not have that problem with Netscape 4.5 on Windows95.

One problem I did encounter is that the login times out and requests
re-authentication 10 minutes *AFTER* you log in.  Not ten minutes of
idle time.   Grrrr...



Double authentication *could* be caused by a subtle mismatch between the
URL you access the web server with and the generated ones. e.g., you
think you are using
        http://ADSM.YOURPLACE.COM:1580/
but some URL is coming back
        http://adsm.yourplace.com:1580/...

then Netscape/IE/... won't know to use the authentication for the
first host on the second host even though they are the same.

That make any sense?
