Sorry for the repeat ... the first effort failed to reach the mailing list.

I have 3.1.1.2 running on my os/390 Server and 3.1.0.8 on my Solaris 2.6
client.
PASSWORDACCESS is set to generate, MAILPROG and PASSWORDDIR have been set
up in dsm.sys and PASSWORD is set in dsm.opt.

What does 'generate' really mean and what does it do for me?
