Running on NT using V3.2.1.0

Bit of a problem in that ADSM server won't start. It doesn't tell me =
anything
in the NT event log other than it started, which it doesn't!! Does =
anyone have
any ideas as to where I can look for messages etc etc. Or any =
diagnostics I can
run, or in fact anything that will help me find out whats going on.
