3.1.2.1 upgrade woes

Hi --

I upgraded from version 3.1.0.1 to 3.1.2.1 on AIX version 4.2.1  I
upgraded from the CD, smitty update_all.  Since the upgrade, the
adsmserv will not run.  On execution, it throws an error and dies.

The error messages says:
Explanation (fstat error): Error 0

Can anyone offer some insight into this?  Thank you.
