What's the bug in ADSM server 3.1.2.0?

I'm running ADSM server 3.1.2.0 under AIX 4.3.2,  I know that there are lots of
problems past this revision which are supposed to be fixed at 3.1.2.20.

What was the original bug that forced 3.1.2.1 to be released? or was it just a
maintenance release?
