We spent a lot of effort in trying to get the 3570 based libraries working
under ADSM for NT in the earlier versions of ADSM. We were told that they
were supported devices and we did not understand why we had so many
problems.

Then a particular version was released (I can't remember which !) and we
were suprised to read in the device support notes that 3570 device support
had been added!

I suspect this may be the cause of your problems and an upgrade to the newer
version of ADSM may be a very good idea.
