There are some known problems restoring NT permissions with the 3.1.06
client.

There is a FIXTEST available on the ADSM FTP server.

Point your web browser to:
ftp://index.storsys.ibm.com/adsm/fixtest/v3r1/win32/intel/

Look at the README for IC22800J4 and see if that applies to your problem.
