You can't...you have to restore the entore Information Store to another
system then extract the mailbox out.  The reason is that that is how the MS
Exchange backup API works (i.e. it was MS's implementation decision).  There
are products out there that back up Exchange and allow you to restore a
single mail box but they go around the MS Exchange API.  Those products
may/probably will break when MS changes the internals of the Exchange
database in future releases.
