Hello Anton,
I remember a similar problem in early releases of ADSM Version 2.
Try the following:
run AUDIT VOLUME / QUERY CONTENT to find the corrupted dataset.
Delete this dataset (backup or archive copy) from the ADSM DB
Repeat these steps until AUDIT finds no errors (maybe a few times)
Do not use FIX=YES on AUDIT!
Finally check/update volume ACCESS
