I have also problems with ODBC

Accessing ADSM database with Excel 97 and MSQUERY works fine
but I have errors which look like yours when I try to use WORD97 with MSQUERY
Is ADSM full ODBC compatible ?????

Question for anyone out there: I'm trying to make a custom web page
that uses ASP to generate ADSM information real-time that is laid out in a
different manner than the default web client.

We've configured the ODBC driver correctly, we can work with other query
engines, like MS Query, but when trying to connect to our server with ODBC
though VisualInterdev we continually get prompted for a username and
password twice, upon entering the second time we get a catastrophic failure.
I ran a admin console to the adsm server and there are no errors, it even
shows that the user id logged in correctly, and then immediately logged out.
This may be an error on Interdev?

If anyone has any experience with this or would know of a way around
it, I would be grateful for any help.

TIA
