What is exactly your problem ? Is it during label operation or
read/write ?

We had some problems with label the ATL libr (TZ81 drives) , and IBM has
open PMR regarding this problem. The solution for the label was to label
the tapes manually without using the compression and then check them
into library and work with the tapes.
