But does a file like dscameng.txt exist in the DSM_DIR directory?
Perhaps the appropriate component did not get selected in the

  I found a dscameng.txt in the /usr/lpp/adsmserv/bin directory
  which I copied over to the /usr/lpp/adsm/bin (DSM_DIR) directory,
  but it did not help.

  I still get the same errors.
