Tom,
        Below are 2 links.  First is the web page of all the ADSM Manuals.  You 
can
read them on line or download them.  Second is the link right to the ADSM
tuning guide.  I could tell you what I would set those 2 options to but I
when I set my Netware clients I got it strait from there.  Also there is a
log more information than I have time to write.  Once you click on the
second link just go to the client options and there will be links to both of
those parameteres.
