We are preparing to migrate our Help Desk area, which does customer-requested
restores of WinNT server data, from the ADSM V2.1.0.6 GUI backup client to the
V3.1.0.6 client.

In initial testing, the Help Desk pointed out what appears to be V2
functionality that is missing from the V3 product.  Specifically, the Help Desk
could use a V2 client to request a file be restored to an alternative name in
the original directory.  They would do this by choosing "Prompt (per file) for
restore destination" and then changing the filename in the resulting "Choose
Destination" window.

In V3, there does not appear to be a way to do the same thing.  It appears that
you can only specify an alternative directory and restore the original filename
to that alternative directory.

Does anyone know of a way in the V3 client to restore to an alternative name in
the original directory?
