Were you able to successfully use the driver under SP3?  From your first
post I gathered you had success on SP3, but had problems once SP4 was
installed over your working SP3+ADSM ODBC driver system.
Can you post the trace/error messages you are receiving so folks can help
determine what is going on?
After installing SP4 did you try to re-install the ADSM ODBC driver?
Should not be necessary but possibly could aid in debugging this problem.
