Bonjour Jean,
This is a known problem after an upgrade from V2 client to V3 client for
directories or files containing accentued characters (french, german ...
characters).
You should use the 3.1.0.6 client, and put LANGUAGE AMENG in dsm.opt (or
USEUNICODEFILENAMES NO and keep your actual language). It may help (in our
case, it doesn't)
Otherwise, contact your IBM representative and ask for Apar IC21764. IBM should
provide in a few days a fix which will solve definitively the problem.
Pascal.

Hello,
After upgrading a NT client on 3.1.6 version, I got this strange error for
some files (not all) with incremental backups.
ANS1304W Active object not found
This occurs only on one filespace which is on a NTFS partion and is
compressed.
I made a complete Backup after upgrading.
Thank you for your help.
Meilleures salutations
