I have a total of  3 ADSM admins (full authority). As you say it requires the
help from other platform admins (NT Netware, AIX). We have about 200 clients
registered to ADSM.
Each day is a learning experience. As I learn new things of each platform in
order to understand and install ADSM, they
too are asking questions about ADSM ..
I personally assist in AIX admin support also so with our ADSM server installed
on AIX...i work in both worlds!!!

we use Stac's Replica to create D/R backups of NT servers
and Cheyenne's Arcserve for file backup on some selected Netware servers
and Cheyenne's Jetserve for D/R copy of some Netware servers...

Can things get crazy??????????? You bet!
