When I configure an ADIC SCALAR 1000 automated scsi tape library to ADSM, I get
the following error.

                      KEY=05, ASC=24, ASCQ=00,

                      .07., Description=Device is not in a state capable of
                      performing request).  Refer to Appendix B in the
                      'Messages' manual for recommended action.
ANR8418E DEFINE LIBRARY: An I/O error occurred while
                      accessing library ADIC.
ANR2017I Administrator ADMIN issued command: ROLLBACK

This is with Server revision level 3.1.2.0 and 3.1.2.13.

But it works with ADSM at revision level 3.1.1.3 the library works fine.
