Hi,

I've run into the "rare possibility" of having a shell error during the
installation of V3R1 (IP21494 - latest version) of the ADSM client.  According
to the README file, this happens when one of the applications currently on the
workstation has a buggy install procedure and needs to be either updated or
uninstalled for the ADSM client install to work.  However, nowhere are there any
tips on determining which application is the problem and the error message from
ADSM doesn't help.

Does anyone have any tips on determining which application the client install is
conflicting with?

Additional info:  NT4.0 with SP3 installed
                  First time install of an ADSM client (not a migration from
                  earlier version of v2 or v3)
