What is this TCP/IP error we are getting from our NetWare Boxes

Does anyone know what is causing the following errors:

We are backing up NetWare 4.11 Boxes using TCP/IP with both Polling and
Prompted.  Does anyone know of any problems using TCP/IP with ADSM and
NetWare 4.11
