This is one of the CDE/X-windows libraries, I would check that CDE is installed
on your system, and if so, remove and reload the appropriate packages. In this
case you should check the status of package SUNWdtbas, (or at least that's
what it is on my Solaris 2.6 system). The file itself is a link to a file of
the same
name in /usr/dt/lib/, so first I would check that this directory exists.

Failing that, you could always use the command line client "dsmc"!
