Martha McConaghy is the ADSM list administrator.  If you e-mail here directly
(urmm AT vm.marist DOT edu) and tell her the problem, she can remove you from 
the
list.  I've had this happen to me and Martha's taken care of it for me.

Hi ADSM forum users,

Does anyone know how to remove a userid from the subscribed list.
The problem is that my NLX2936 AT NL.IBM DOT COM account doesn´t exists anymore,
so i can´t un-sunbsribe from the list.
