I'm currently evaluating several backup solutions and ADSM is at the top of
my list. Unfortunately, a show stopper for us is the lack of support for
Solaris x86 and 2.7. I assume that 2.7 will eventually become available but
we also have many large servers that are running Solaris x86.

Are there any plans for an x86 version anytime soon? As the OS architecture
between sparc and x86 are identical it seems like all it would take is a
recompile of the client.

I'd really like to use ADSM but unfortunately backing up over NFS isn't an
option for us.
