SERVERSPECIFICINFO is included in an ALL-LOCAL incremental.  So, if you
have ALL-LOCAL specified as your DOMAIN, it will be the first object
processed.

If you are explicitly coding volume names in your DOMAIN statement, you can
also specifiy:

DOMAIN SERVERSPECIFICINFO.
