I have recently downloaded the 3.1.0.6 win32 client and have noted the
following:

1.) Default dir for new installs changed:
    From: \win32app\ibm\adsm\.......
    To:  \Program Files\ibm\adsm\......
    whereas an upgrade still goes to \win32app\ibm........

2.) Package expansion does NOT include dsm.opt until AFTER installation.

This is a biggie.  I used to expand the package, customize it, and then put it
on a LAN drive such that new NT nodes could install it in one easy step.  This
approach now looks to be impossible.  Am I missing something?  What do I need to
do such that when a new node installs, it gets a fully configured dsm.opt?
