Assume:
a) all backups are being done using the Scheduler Service
b) there is an active and 1 inactive copy of a file
c) the Include-Exclude rules are now changed to exclude the file.

Questions:
1) Does the inactive copy age off (just as if step c wasn't done)?
2) Does the active (now excluded) copy ever go away?
2a) If not, is there a way of getting rid the backup?
3) If the active copy is deleted and it is still excluded, does it
   become inactive on the server?
