I exchange all tapes after one Lost VCR Data  
It's free of charge with my IBM reseller 
(IBM lifetime Warranty I think)

In my experience when drive cleaning works OK, A good tape is always a good tape
If a tape has errors at the first use, in most cases it had errors the next
times

Hello ADSM people,


I was wondering with what frequency people tend to see the "Lost VCR Data"
Errors when using 3570 tapes. I am currently getting lost VCR errors on about
15% of the tapes we have.
