Dear Nolan,
1)Delete all the unnecessary entries you have configured in the dsm.sys.
You seem to have erroneously , made lot of redundant entries in dsm.sys and
dsmserv.opt. DSMSERV.OPT is the file that you would want to keep or tune.
dsm.sys should be bare minimum.
2) Turn the compression on.
3) check for the drive status. Occasionally, if the tape drives were in use
the upgrade might turn them offline ,thus rendering them unavailable. SO
your non collocated pool (if any) might not perform to its full ability.
