Pat,

As a new user, you shouldn't be concerned with the contents of dsmserv.dsk.
I suspect that you got an aborted installation and now after you reinstall,
ADSM is stating that it can't find dsmserv.dsk.

The database and log files are listed in dsmserv.dsk in, I believe, the
order they were defined. The full path for each file is listed, and ADSM
configures all files while it is starting up.

You didn't specify your server operating system, but I would be it's NT.

Don't do this if you already have good data in the ADSM database that you
want to save. I would suggest that you uninstall ADSM, delete the directory
tree where you performed the installation, delete all log and database files
that you previously defined, and reinstall from scratch using the defaults
during installation for the database and log locations. I've had some
problems trying to relocate during initial install. You can add them where
ever you want later.
