I'm trying to use the OS/390 Unix System Services Client v.3.1.0.5 . After
entering (on TELNET under NT or OTELNET under TSO) the comand DSMC (or
DSMADMC) I receive the following messages:

# dsmadmc

ANS1017E Session rejected: TCP/IP connection failure
ANS8023E Unable to establish session with server.

ANS8002I Highest return code was -50.

Using Administrator Client on NT works fine.
