I have ADSM V 3.1 running on an NT server.  The problem I am having, is that
a server backup is failing with an error "ANS1256E Cannot make
file/directory."  I have verified the rights and they are okay.  It turns
out that certain filenames are the cause.  I recently moved a large number
of users from macs to NT workstations.  The files that I copied over contain
question marks and other characters that ADSM is responding with the
ANS1256E error.  Is there anyway to force the backup to continue on and not
fail when it receives these errors?  The number of files with these
characters is quite large and over time I can change the file names.
However, in the short term I would like to be able to back up the correctly
named files.  The backup is failing each time and will not continue on.
