Hello,
If you have version 1.1.0.0 of the ADSMConnect Exchange Agent,
then you MUST be running the backup as Exchange Site Service Account.
This account, by default, has the correct permissions to backup
the Exchange Server.
There is a FIXTEST version of the Exchange Agent available,
i.e. *** FIXTEST - Version 1.1.0.0 "A" (available from the
IBM ADSM FTP site, index.storsys.ibm.com) that relaxes
this requirement.

Hi,
I installed Exchange Agent but I can't backup it, the error message is
"Exchange access denied"
I run the agent service as Domain Administrator who has "System Account
Service" permission on Exchange 5.5 on all bricks level. I think I need
some additional configuration on the Exchange server. Can anyone help
me?
