I have the same configuration. A 3570 C02 with the Adaptec Card and that
driver. I have two problems:

First of all - If I put a brand new tape in the library and attempt to
label it I get a whole lot of errors. Once the tape is labelled though
it seems to work fine.
Secondly - At least once I week I am receiving errors saying that there
is an error on the SCSI bus, I am also getting AdsmScsi errors saying
that Drive2 is failing



IBM Hardware division Blame ADSM and the controller. Adaptec say it is
the Hardware and the ADSM guys say it is the 3570.
