Yes.  We are seeing these also.
I do not know where the problem lies - in hardware or in ADSM.
We have tried replacing drives, cleaning drives, etc.
We are still on ADSM v2.  I don't know if this problem might have been
corrected in v3.  Perhaps someone else knows.
Our drives have recent firmware on them, so that is not the problem.
We have ATL folks looking at this, but so far they have only suggested
replacing hardware (drives).  I suspect this may be an interaction problem
between ADSM and DLT drives.
