Hi!
I don`t know want your primary business is but not having a copypool is a
VERY VERY BAD IDEA.
Because: If you loose 1 tape due to media error or human error your are will end
up in a very unstable situation.
150 carts (3590`s at 60$/each == 9000$)
I would ask my boss HOW MUCH is business is worth to him? 9000$?
I dont think so... you would not be using ADSM for backups.
I could tell you a little horror story but I`d get fired ... :-)
