Compare the output from a 'no -a' command on each node. Pay particular
attention to tcp_sendspace, tcp_recvspace, rfc1323, and sb_max.  Also, the
network card in Node_2 may be slower and/or there may be slow router thats
in its path to the ADSM server the is not in the path for Node_1.
