We have 1 ADSM server and 2 node ( unix box ) backup unix files to that
ADSM server. Node_1 is different machine with ADSM server, while Node_2
are same as ADSM server. And we found that

in Node_1 : it take ~20min to backup 3GB data file
in Node_2 : it take ~10hr to backup ~30GB

It seen totally different of the backup speed with this 2 node backup.
we found that the "network data transfer rate" for Node_1 is very high
as compared with Node_2.

As I am not familiar with ADSM, so I would like to know any
configuration or hint can I know what is the big different for that.
