Yes ... the latest "ADSM NetWare Backup and Recovery Guide" has an entire
section dedicated to NetWare print queues ...

You can get this guide by downloading the latest NetWare client from the ADSM
ftp site:

ftp://index.storsys.ibm.com/adsm/fixes/v3r1/netware/

And grab "ip21370.exe".  Run the .exe file and then run the "install.bat" to
explode the package ... look for "ntwback.htm".

Take a look at section "6.0 Print Queues" ... I hope it answers all your
questions about print queue resources, what they
are, what ADSM will and will not backup (and why) and our recommendations ...

     Hi:  We have adopted the practice of excluding
     EXCLUDE sys:\system\*.qdr\*.*

     files because they encounter the following problem:

     'SYS:/SYSTEM/8E080077.QDR/088E0001.Q': access to the object is denied

     This excludes the Netware printer queues and the queues hold certain
     printer setup information.  Can anyone offer more information about
     backups of Netware printer queues?
