Here's the contents of the dsmerror.log when I try to do the REGBACK
ENTIRE..

10/19/1998 09:31:14 ANS1435E An Error Occurred saving the Key.
10/19/1998 09:31:14 ANS1428E Registry Backup function failed.

BTW, the system drive (C:) has 551MB free.....
