Ian,

If you do a setup -r ADSM will create setup.iss and put it in the
c:\winnt\ directory. You then need to copy that file to the directory that
contains setup.exe.

Subject: NT automated/silent client install?

Hi,

Just downloaded the latest NT client for Ver 3. Just set up ADSM on an
NT server.
My question is, is there any way to create an automated (all questions
previously answered), unattended or silent install?

I want to put ADSM in the C:\ADSM directory not the default directory,
also I don't want to confuse users during the set up procedure and as
such would like to be able to do an install that the user would never
see, or at least never have to respond too.

The Readme tells me how to do a silent 'uninstall'.
I know the client is being distributed with the Install-shield package,
and I think they allow you to create some sort of config file (*.iss
perhaps?).

Thanks in advance.
