1st question...

Our Lotus Notes Agent is scheduled to run by a Lotus Notes Program.  If changes
are made to the dsm.opt for the Notes Agent, what do you have to do to make
those changes take affect???

2nd question...

The Notes Agent ran fine for a month or so and then we started getting a Memory
error.  That's when we installed the 2.1.8 to get to the level we're at now.
Soon after that we started getting a Dr. Watson application error...

(An application error has occured and an application error log is being
generated - - - dsmnotes.exe
Exception: priviledged instruction(0xc0000096), Address: 0x00415ee)

Can anyone tell us if this is a Notes problem or a NT problem, if you have a
solution or where we may got to find out.
